About Our Finned Strip Heater
Hindon Electricals heaters come with several specifications including superior sheath materials such as Copper, Stainless Steel, INCOLOY, Titanium, etc. This protective sheath saves them from atmospheric effects. They contain metal strips, typically made from a high-resistance alloy such as nichrome. Their fins are made of aluminum or stainless steel that is used for uniform heat dissipation.
The watt density of the sheath is up to 120 W/in² and fins watt density is up to 45 W/in². The total voltage requirement is up to 480 V AC. It can operate at temperatures up to 1200 °F. The diameters of our heaters are 0.375″, 0.430″, 0.475″.
